The Role: Inside Sales / Appointment Setter

What you’ll do

Your job is simple: connect with homeowners who have already requested information and help them take the next step.

You will:

• Call and text homeowners who have already expressed interest
• Answer questions and build excitement about their bathroom project
• Schedule in-home appointments for our Design Consultants
• Enter accurate notes and customer details into our CRM
• Send confirmation texts and emails to secure appointments

What we’re looking for

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

• Confident and professional on the phone
• Friendly, upbeat, and great with people
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• Able to adapt your communication style to different personalities
• Experienced in customer service; sales experience is a plus

This is an on-site position in our Clearwater office and is not remote.
