MAF is looking for an energetic person for the position of Title Admin located in our Clearwater, FL corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. No experience required.

Full Time Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Location: Clearwater, FL 33762

Pay range: $16 starting pay

What You'll Do:

  • Title Audits
  • Communicate with various state and county DMV agencies as well as auto auctions
  • Interact with dealers including follow up and spot-checking pending title work
  • Notate all new contracts with status of any missing titles based on MAF standards
  • Heavy Data Entry
  • Timely process paid out accounts 

What You Need:

  • Great customer service skills, handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills
  • Problem solver
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good data entry skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
