Job Summary Ā 
The Construction Site Safety Lead Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all Ā 
construction activities comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations. This role Ā 
develops, implements, and monitors safety programs to protect employees, Ā 
subcontractors, clients, and the public from workplace hazards. The officer conducts Ā 
inspections, provides training, investigates incidents, and works closely with project Ā 
managers to maintain a safe and compliant job site. The Site Safety Lead Compliance officer will also manage and direct 2 on site safety compliance officers. Ā 
Ā Ā 
Key Responsibilities Ā 
• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards set by theĀ 
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and company Standards.Ā 
• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans and procedures. Ā 
• Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments. Ā 
• Identify potential risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Ā 
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports. Ā 
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records. Ā 
• Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency drills. Ā 
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ā 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits. Ā 
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and HR to promote Ā 
a strong safety culture.

Qualifications  
**Bachelor’s degree in any field or BCSP ASP GSP STSC SMP CHST OHST CSP is required.

Experience: Ā 
Minimum of 5 years of safety experience in the construction industry. Ā 
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, hazard recognition, and risk Ā 
management. Ā 
• Experience conducting safety audits and inspections.

Ā 

NFPA70-E experience is also preferred.
