What You'll Do

• Safely operate a 26' box truck on local delivery routes throughout the Tampa Bay area.
• Deliver janitorial supplies, equipment, and facility products accurately and on schedule.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every stop by being professional, courteous, and dependable.
• Load, unload, and secure freight using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe truck.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and communicate any issues promptly.
• Represent GEM Supply with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has multiple years of experience driving a 26' box truck or similar commercial vehicle.
• Maintains a clean driving record and possesses a valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Understands that safety is never optional.
• Takes ownership of their route and treats customers with respect and care.
• Works hard without needing to be micromanaged.
• Communicates well and enjoys serving people.
• Can lift and move products weighing up to 100 pounds throughout the day.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required)
• Multiple years of experience operating a 26' box truck or similar vehicle
• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 100 pounds
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Ability to read delivery paperwork and complete documentation accurately
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to safe work practices
