We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee these operations and ensure every guest enjoys a delicious and seamless dining experience.

About the Role

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. From inventory management to training staff, you will be responsible for keeping Krave and Bar Hops running efficiently, safely, and profitably. If you have experience in food service, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have strong leadership skills, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Operations

• Oversee all aspects of Krave café and Bar Hops bar operations.
• Maintain food safety, health department regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure proper storage, dating, and rotation of all food and beverage products.
• Monitor and record refrigeration and freezer temperatures, reporting any variances.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep and service areas to exceed health standards.

‍ Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise and train all Krave and Bar Hops staff, ensuring excellent service.
• Act as the primary communicator between floor staff and management.
• Assist in scheduling and ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach—helping wherever needed.
• Handle customer concerns related to food and beverage service.

 Inventory & Financial Oversight

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper ordering and stock levels.
• Prepare and track food & beverage costs, aiming for efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain vendor relationships and place supply orders.
• Implement loss prevention measures to minimize waste and control costs.

 Guest Experience & Brand Representation

• Ensure every food & beverage order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Oversee Bar Hops operations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Create an inviting atmosphere at Krave and Bar Hops that complements the entertainment experience.
• Assist in promoting food & beverage specials and events.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 21+ years old with TIPS and ServSafe certifications (or willingness to obtain).

✅ High school diploma preferred; additional hospitality training is a plus.

✅ Restaurant, bar, or food service experience (management experience preferred).

✅ Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team.

✅ Ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

✅ Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.

✅ A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for guest service!
