Ken's Gutters is a growing national commercial gutter maintenance company looking for an Insurance & Compliance Coordinator to support our operations team.
Your work will ensure that every commercial job meets insurance and vendor compliance requirements before our crews arrive on-site.

What You'll Do

Review Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and client insurance requirements
Request updated certificates and endorsements from insurance providers
Complete vendor credentialing through client compliance portals
Verify billing information, property contacts, and work order details
Track approval status for active projects
Communicate with property managers and management companies by email
Ensure every job is fully approved before scheduling

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

Experience reviewing COIs or commercial insurance documents
Understanding of liability insurance coverages and certificate requirements
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Professional written communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
