About This Role:

  • Student Records & Compliance

    • Manage student records from enrollment through completion, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with FERPA, COE, CIE, and institutional standards.
    • Oversee data entry in SIS/LMS, including enrollment, attendance, grades, SAP, and student status updates.
    • Monitor and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Admissions, Academics, and Student Services.
  • Reporting and Accreditation

    • Maintain data integrity and prepare documentation for accreditation reviews, audits, and site visits.
    • Track student progress, verify graduation eligibility, and issue transcripts, diplomas, and completion documents.
  • Administrative Coordination

    • Process record requests, coordinate surveys, and support institutional reporting requirements.
    • Maintain operational documentation, assist with basic campus logistics, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday

    • 9:00am to 6:00pm OR 
    • 10:00am to 7:00pm

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field preferred
  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years of experience in registrar services, student records, or administration within a school setting
