Position Overview:
Senior Management Advisors is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media strategy across all communities. This role is responsible for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and enhancing engagement through both organic and paid social media efforts.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, and experienced in social media advertising, with a strong ability to translate business goals into high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Ā
- Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple senior living communitiesĀ
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, graphics, and videosĀ
- Lead all social media advertising campaigns (paid social), including audience targeting, budget management, and optimizationĀ
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, ROI)Ā
- Optimize campaigns and content based on data insights and KPIsĀ
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with promotions, events, and occupancy goalsĀ
- Capture and coordinate photo and video content to support storytelling and brand developmentĀ
- Manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely mannerĀ
- Manage online reputation on Google, A Place for Mom, and other online sources
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologiesĀ

Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in marketing, Communications, or related fieldĀ
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media managementĀ
- Proven experience managing and scaling paid social media advertising campaignsĀ
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategiesĀ
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics toolsĀ
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skillsĀ
- Highly creative with the ability to develop engaging and conversion-driven contentĀ
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisionsĀ
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects in a fast-paced environmentĀ
- Willingness to travel as neededĀ

- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industriesĀ
- Experience managing multi-location or multi-brand social media accountsĀ
