Do you enjoy helping guests plan memorable experiences while providing warm, professional customer service? Manthey Hospitality is seeking friendly, organized, and hospitality-driven Reservation Agents to support reservations, ticket sales, and guest services across our four Florida-based brands: Yacht StarShip Dining Cruises, Craft, Pirate Water Taxi, and Lost Pearl.
This role serves as one of the first points of contact for our guests and is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, answering phones, assisting walk-up guests, and creating exceptional hospitality experiences from the very first conversation. Â

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist walk-up guests at ticket booth and dockside locationsÂ
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations, schedules, pricing, and general questions across all Manthey Hospitality brandsÂ
- Process reservations, ticket sales, upgrades, and guest transactions accurately through POS and reservation systemsÂ
- Recommend cruise experiences, upgrades, packages, and cross-brand experiences based on guest interestsÂ
- Assist with boarding passes, directions, and guest wayfindingÂ
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional ticket booth and reservation areasÂ
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding guest counts, boarding procedures, and cruise capacityÂ
- Support guest service recovery efforts professionally and calmlyÂ
- Assist during holidays, weekends, special events, and high-volume operating periodsÂ
What You Bring
- Friendly, polished, and guest-focused personalityÂ
- Strong communication and customer service skillsÂ
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting guests in personÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced hospitality environmentÂ
- Attention to detail and accuracy with transactions and reservationsÂ
- Professional demeanor and positive attitudeÂ
- Basic computer and POS system proficiencyÂ
- Previous hospitality, reservations, ticketing, retail, or customer service experience preferredÂ
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shiftsÂ
- Flexibility to work at multiple Tampa Bay/Clearwater waterfront locations as neededÂ
- Comfortable sitting and/or standing for extended periods of timesÂ
- Ability to lift and carry light suppliesÂ
Compensation & Benefits
- $15/hour base pay + commission opportunitiesÂ
