Job Description The Assembly/Rebuild Technician is responsible for assembling, inspecting, testing, and documenting the condition of hydraulic components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hydraulic systems, and the ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Job Duties Responsible for assembling components Apply decals Fill out paperwork indicating completion of task Will be cross trained to work in various stages of assembly/rebuild within the work area Will be trained in the diagnosis and rebuild of hydraulic attachments QualificationsEducation Requirements Minimum of 2 years mechanical experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient use of hand and powered tools, air and electric. Read and understand prints and assemble components according to instructions Strong communication skills with the ability to work with others Follow directions and work with minimal supervision Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Preferred Candidates: Experience with hydraulic assembly/rebuild Understanding assembly/rebuild processes and principles
