About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing support to a student in a school setting. The RN will provide direct care, monitor the student’s health and well-being, and collaborate with school staff and the student’s healthcare team to ensure a safe and supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to the assigned student.
Monitor the student’s health and respond to medical needs as required.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and school policies.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
Communicate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
Respond appropriately to changes in the student’s medical condition.
Follow all applicable health, safety, and school protocols.
Support the student’s ability to safely participate in the school environment.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
Previous pediatric, school nursing, or 1:1 student support experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to student health needs.
Compassionate, reliable, and student-focused approach.

Compensation:
