Senior Tax Manager – Lead Strategy, Drive Impact

Are you a seasoned tax professional ready to lead a global tax function and make a meaningful impact? Vibrantz is seeking a dynamic Senior Tax Manager to oversee all aspects of our domestic and international tax strategy, compliance, and planning. This is a high-visibility role where you'll shape tax policy, guide a talented team, and partner with senior leadership to support business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the company’s global tax strategy, including planning, compliance, accounting, and audit defense.

• Manage relationships with external advisors and oversee a team of tax analysts and senior analysts.

• Ensure accurate and timely domestic income tax filings through a co-sourcing model with a top-tier tax firm.

• Own the tax accounting process—quarterly provisions, reconciliations, technical research, and disclosures.

• Oversee indirect tax compliance (sales/use and property tax) and maintain strong internal controls.

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and assess their impact on our business.

• Represent Vibrantz in domestic tax audits, defending positions and managing responses.

• Drive strategic tax planning and cash tax optimization initiatives.

• Support workforce development by mentoring and growing your team.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10+ years of relevant tax experience, including 4+ years managing teams

• Strong technical expertise in ASC 740 and U.S. federal taxation

• Prior experience in public accounting (Big Four or regional firm)

• Proven leadership skills and a passion for developing talent

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification

•  Master’s in Taxation
