As a Production Operator you will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing production functions in the PSA, Die Cutting, Silicone and Epoxy forming. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble parts according to blueprints meeting quality and quantity objectives. Complete necessary paperwork on line as needed. Quality check parts in the assigned process. Operate equipment in the Production areas. Know daily goals and targets to meet. Read work orders, follow engineering drawings and/or receive verbal instructions regarding duties. Rotation to all departmental jobs with this job classification. Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards. Monitor inventory of chemicals, materials and supplies. Perform necessary task in the company’s computer data entry system (QAD). Maintain organized and clean Production area. Education & Experience: Required: High school Diploma/GED. In addition, successful candidate must meet the following physical qualifications, with or without accommodation: Must have good or corrected eyesight to insure quality of work. Ability to work with a variety of glues, solvents, and chemicals. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to use both hands for repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions. Ability to lift 50 lbs on an occasional basis. Ability to read and comprehend simple work instructions, engineering drawings and company policies. Ability to perform simple math problems such as addition and subtraction of 2-3 digits numbers. Attention to detail. Preferred: Experience working in a Manufacturing environment. Experience working in the assembly of small components, keyboarding, checking, or manual dexterity.
