As a Client Manager on our Employee Benefits team, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while contributing to our shared goals. This role is your opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact.

How you'll make an impact

Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
Collaborate with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions during the renewal process, securing existing business and identifying opportunities for growth.
By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you’ll enhance Gallagher’s value and drive success for both the clients and the organization.

About You

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR
High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
Producer's License
Ability to travel up to 25%
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred Qualifications

Previous insurance industry knowledge and experience
Experience managing client relationships
Strong financial acumen
