Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates daily onsite construction activities communicating with contractors, design professionals, clients and relevant external parties.Â
- Monitor the Construction Contractor’s work and prepare a comprehensive written Daily Report that includes such observation and description of all work activities.
- Review construction issues potentially resulting in an impact to the work of the Contractor, which may result in a change to the contract.
- Begins communicating with and making recommendations to Project Manager, design professionals, client, owner, developer, or contractor, but does not direct the means or methods of construction.Â
- Provides the Project Manager with updates on project progress or delays to client, design professionals, and/or contractor. Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.Â
