As an Associate Strategic Marketing Lead, you will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to impactful, customer-focused work.

• Product, growth, lifecycle, or acquisition marketing

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Analytics) to bring campaigns to life
• Assist with audience targeting, campaign setup, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights to help optimize marketing performance
• Contribute to development of messaging, content, and marketing materials aligned to brand and business goals
• Own discrete campaign workstreams, including timelines, inputs, partner coordination, approvals, and performance tracking

Job Description

  • Independently implements and manages a broader set of defined market programs/initiatives.
  • Leverages a strong comprehension of marketing strategies.  Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus across the partnership resulting in increased rigor around program/initiative execution.
  • Develops and executes complex marketing programs/ initiatives and activities that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Proactively collects and synthesizes data in order to identify trends. Readily identifies the strategic and tactical implications.
  • Ensures all operating activities are delivered within the established budget framework.
  • Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Partners with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
