Job Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office operations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)   
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
