What You'll Do
Teach engaging4th and 5th grade Math and Social Studieslessons aligned with Ohio learning standards.
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Develop differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Use creative and engaging teaching strategies to keep students motivated.
Monitor student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction.
Provide additional support and intervention when needed.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, support staff, and families.
Maintain accurate student records and instructional documentation.
Encourage students to develop strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Support students' academic, social, and personal development.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an educator who is:
Passionate about teaching elementary students.
Patient, adaptable, and student-centered.
Strong in classroom management.
Creative and engaging in their instructional approach.
A strong communicator and team player.
Committed to helping every student reach their potential.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field.
ValidOhio teaching license/certificationappropriate for the position.
Elementary teaching experience preferred.
Experience teaching Math and/or Social Studies preferred.
Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
