We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Utilize Toast POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Assist in managing bar inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or catering events.
• Demonstrate time management skills by efficiently serving multiple tables during peak hours.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience (2 years minimum) in a fine dining or nightclub setting is required.

• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and sales reporting.
