Hospitality experience is important — but attitude, leadership presence, and work ethic matter just as much.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily store operations
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Create a strong, positive team culture
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and cash handling
  • Resolve customer and employee issues professionally
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and operational procedures
  • Lead by example during busy shifts and peak hours
  • Help drive store performance and community engagement

Qualifications

  • Restaurant, cafe, fitness, retail, or hospitality management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable leading younger teams
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for hospitality, wellness, and customer experience

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 40 hours/week
  • Must complete company training program prior to opening
  • Must pass Playa Bowls food safety certification within 3 months
  • Ability to lift 25–40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
