We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to maintain an apartment building in Cleveland, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants stable hours.
✨ Position Details
- Location: Cleveland, OH (W 73rd & Detroit Ave)
- Shift(s): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 5 Days / Week | Thursdays & Sundays OFF
- Hours: Consistent weekly schedule
- Pay: $14/hr WEEKLY
- Type: W-2
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, and lobby spaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty and reline trash and recycling bins
- Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, replenishing supplies)
- Wipe surfaces, door handles, and high-touch areas
- Clean and remove trash from exterior of building
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Follow checklists and take photosÂ
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and handle physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Smartphone required for checklists, photos & clock-ins
