As the facility’s HSA you will manage clinical care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary liaison between custody leadership and our regional leadership team. QualificationsRequired Qualifications Valid, unrestricted Tennessee or multi-state RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience (preferred) Current CPR certification Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
