Purpose:Â The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager oversees the grab-and-go food program within Cleveland International Airport location, ensuring consistent execution, product quality, and exceptional guest service. Â

Essential Functions:Â

Oversees daily grab-and-go food operations, owning the end-to-end management of inventory, product presentation, and operational standards across multiple grab-and-go outlets; ensures all products are fresh, properly rotated, and attractively merchandisedÂ

Manages ordering, receiving, and vendor coordination to guarantee timely delivery, minimizes waste, and maintains consistent stock levelsÂ

Monitors and controls inventory, waste, and shrink to achieve cost and margin goalsÂ

Upholds compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and airport regulationsÂ

Partners with Culinary, Retail OperatioOns, and Supply Chain teams on product launches and replenishment plansÂ

Analyzes sales performance data to drive continuous improvementÂ

Identifies and resolves operational issues quickly to maintain smooth, efficient serviceÂ

Promotes brand standards through quality, presentation, and customer experienceÂ

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment: Â
Â
Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 5 years:  Â
- In a leadership role: Requires 2 years of experience supervising a team of operations professionals engaged in executing food or retail service programs  Â
- In a technical role: Requires 5 years of operations experience engaged in developing and delivering store management, merchandising, and customer service programs  Â
- A bachelor's degree can count for 2 of the 5-year requirement  Â
- Requires food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)Â
Â
Specialized Training:  Â
- Knowledge of local and federal food safety laws, city/county health inspection requirements, and documentation practicesÂ
- Understanding of allergen labeling, handwashing protocols, and cross-contamination proceduresÂ
Â
Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits:  Â
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock rotation; proficient in inventory and stock management systemsÂ
- Basic financial and P&L awareness (labor, waste, shrink)Â
- Able to review sales, waste, and inventory data to identify improvement opportunitiesÂ
- Direct and proactive communicator who provides exceptional customer serviceÂ
- Business acumen with operations mindset required to understand the long-term implications of merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience planning to advance organizational goals  Â
- Demonstrated history of understanding the needs of F&B and retail business operations, brand partners, landlord stakeholders, the associate population, and individual store circumstances  Â
- Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve common goals  Â
