HVAC Helper – New Construction Install

Location: ClevelandSchedule: Full Time

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems on new construction sites

  • Assemble materials and equipment needed for job completion

  • Transport tools and supplies to job sites and keep proper tool inventory

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

  • Safely handle and lift materials (must be able to lift over 75 lbs)

  • Follow all company safety policies and wear required protective equipment

  • Gather and return salvageable materials to the warehouse

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-2 years experience required

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

  • EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
