Location: Statesville Blvd, Cleveland, NC 27013
Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday – Thursday (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM).
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or hot spaces. Must complete safety training (Ladder, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout) and have an excellent attendance record.

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Cleaner (also known as a Janitorial Sanitizer or Heavy Duty Cleaner), you will keep an Automotive Assembly Plant clean, safe, and running efficiently. Your core tasks include:

Clean Paint Booth Stations using approved chemicals and supplies.
Replace robot covers, ceiling, roll, panel, and cube filters, and purge pot plastic.
Scrape paint overspray from windows, light covers, ceilings, and concrete surfaces.
Operate equipment like pressure washers, hydraulic scrapers, and vacuums.
Lift metal flooring grates and muck out flood sheets under robots.
Work safely on ladders and in confined spaces during deep cleaning routines.

What You Bring To The Team

Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and top-notch attendance.
Ability to work in hot or dirty conditions with company-provided PPE.
Physical capability to stand, walk, crouch, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete required safety courses.
