This is an exciting opportunity for an elementary educator who is passionate about creating a positive foundation for academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, creativity, and strong classroom management skills while helping kindergarten students develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

The school serves a diverse student population and values educators who are committed to building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. Spanish language skills are welcomed but not required.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Ohio academic standards.

  • Create a safe, structured, and welcoming classroom environment where kindergarten students can learn and grow.

  • Provide differentiated instruction based on students' academic, developmental, and individual needs.

  • Teach foundational skills in early literacy, mathematics, science, social studies, and social-emotional development.

  • Monitor student progress through classroom assessments, observations, and data collection.

  • Adjust instructional strategies based on student performance and developmental needs.
