We're urgently hiring in our Lead Generation / Call Center in Highland Hills, OH. Candidates in the surrounding Cleveland metro area are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

Call potential customers over the phone—be professional, convincing and confident
Qualify leads and set in-home sales appointments
Hit goals in a dynamic, team-driven environment

What You Need:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented role, such as retail, food service, call center, telemarketing, etc.

Drive to meet and exceed lead quotas

Friendly and engaging personality—you enjoy talking with people and making connections

Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools (CRM systems, data entry, web browsers, etc.)

Work Schedule Availability:

This role follows a set weekly schedule once the training period is complete. We're looking for candidates who can reliably work 4 weekday evening shifts + 1 weekend shift each week.

Four (4) weekday shifts:

Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST
You'll be scheduled for four of these five days each week.

One (1) weekend shift:

Weekend shift hours on Saturday and Sunday vary
Specific schedules will be shared in advance.

Standard Call Center Operating Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Saturday, 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
