We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Make Ready Coordinator to join our team of professionals and assist the maintenance department schedule and organize their apartment unit turns.
This position also has the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses!
On any given day you will do some or all of the following:
- Schedule all vendors to completethe makeready process.
- Walk units to check progress and vendor quality.
- Walk through all “notice to vacate” unitswith-in72 hoursof notice receipt.
- Enter “notice to vacate” into Onesite.
- Walk all “move-outs” within48 hoursof the move-out date.
- Assess move-out charges.
- Assistin the management of unit turn expenses.
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and other areas on the property to include building exteriors, buildinginteriorsand public areas.
- Perform light maintenance of residentialapartment, replace doorknobs, change locks, install screens, closet doors, etc.

Position and Skill Requirements:
- Knowledge of property management and sale background of leasing multifamily market rate homes.
- Knowledge of theunitmake-ready process and turnovers.
- Knowledge of basic office practices, procedures and equipment such as telephone, fax,copierand computer.
- Knowledge of the operation of Management's computer system and software.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate bothverbaland written in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple demands toaccomplishtasksin accordance withestablished requirements accurately.
- Able to stand, walk and sit (in front of a computer) forlong periodsof time.
- Able to push, pull and lift over 50lbs.
