This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to one of the Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine District Offices in Cleveland, OH, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX. This position does require at least 10% travel.

Salesforce analytics/effectiveness – Work with P&M Sales Excellence Director and Global CRM Manager to drive salesforce analytics and data integrity
- Work with P&M Sales Excellence Director and P&M Global CRM Manager to define and prioritize value-added business demands to the Salesforce Effectiveness Team, with a thorough understanding of divisional and group needs, user personas and industry leading effectiveness practices, while aligning with the foundational structure of the CRM platform, Salesforce.com and Dynamics capabilities and partner applications.
- Salesforce Projects – Support P&M Sales Excellence Director in working with Salesforce Effectiveness team in PCG wide CRM Initiatives
- Support P&M Marketing with campaigns from start to finish.
- Support P&M Segment Managers by managing data and creating line of sight on projects
- Support CRM Specialist
- Advocate, gather feedback and measure business value from the team in the field to ensure continuous digital evolution and improved customer experience.
- Drive usage and educate the sales team on CRM.
- Proficient in P&M market segments, distribution platforms, and product knowledge
- Work with integrating multiple acquisitions.
- Work with 300 PMD reps on a frequent and consistent basis to educate and ensure CRM is used to effectively manage sales reps territories.
- Provide training to PMD sales organization
- Running cross functional projects from start to finish
- Present CRM information to sales management
- Understand and support sales teams dependencies and escalate issues when necessary
Functionality & Processes:
- Define and prioritize value-added business demands to the development teams, with a thorough understanding of North America and group needs, user personas and industry leading effectiveness practices, while aligning with the foundational structure of the platform capabilities and partner applications.
- Facilitate and support aligned definition and simplicity for functionality and business processes path for platform capabilities related applications and/or Sherwin-Williams dependent systems that ultimately support sales enablement.
- Subject Matter Expert for user management and divisional planning, from definition of requirements, testing and validation to delivery and measuring success for CRM platform.
- Alignment across North America regions, group and strategic initiatives for consistency, sustainability, and scalability.
Change Management:
- Responsible for design, delivery and support of communications and training needs related to CRM platform functions and adherence to methodology.
- Advocate, gather feedback and measure business value from the team in the field to ensure continuous evolution and improved customer experience.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have five (5) years of experience leading data driven projects
- Must have three (3) years of experience in a cross-functional role
- Must be able to travel 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a bachelors degree or higher in business
- Have two (2) years of implementation experience with CRM platforms
