Job Details
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist, under the supervision of the Radiologist, is required to perform all Nuclear medicine procedures performed at the facility. The technologist shall monitor the radiation safety standards of the Nuclear Medicine department and directly be responsible for the storage/care of all radionuclides used in patient imaging. the technologist must exhibit expertise in patient care based on the patient's needs. The technologist must utilize good public relations and decision-making skills to incorporate patient education and professionalism and adhere to the commitment to quality exhibited at Bradley Medical Center.
Qualifications
Education:Â Associates Degree in Applied Science (Radiology) as evidenced by verification of ARRT database or NMTCB.
Experience:Â One (1) year of radiology experience preferred with additional specific Nuclear Medicine procedures.Â
License/Certifications:Â A.R.R.T. in Nuclear Medicine or C.N.M.T. required. BLS Required.
