Job DetailsJob Location: Main Office - Cleveland, OH 44114Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of Outreach Programs (including PATH) that provide engagement, assessment, referral, and supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness who may have mental health disorders, substance use disorders, physical disabilities, or co-occurring conditions. Supervises and works with the outreach teams by emphasizing and initiating client contact for integration into community services. Engages individuals in locations frequently accessed by individuals experiencing homelessness, including shelters, churches, meal programs, drop-in centers, parks, encampments, abandoned buildings, and other community settings. This is an exempt, non-union position. The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. QualificationsREQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, plus at least two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.  Required professional credential: LSW, LPC.
