Compensation

Base salary range $60,000 to $110,000 depending on experience

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support and lead commercial construction projects in the Cleveland market. This role requires strong organizational discipline, financial oversight, and the ability to manage stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from pre construction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Track project financials and maintain accurate cost reporting
Identify risks early and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with contract documents and company standards

Requirements

Experience Level

Approximately 8 to 12 years of construction project management experience
Experience Requirements

8 to 12 years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Experience with tenant improvement and healthcare or hospital projects strongly preferred
Ground-up construction experience required
Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and cost controls
High level of computer literacy including project management software
Ability to lead without micromanaging and hold teams accountable
