As we continue expanding across Texas and other states, we remain focused on operational excellence, growth, and entrepreneurial innovation.  The Property Manager Assistant supports the day-to-day operations and maintenance of company properties. This position works closely with the Property Manager, inspectors, contractors, residents, and internal departments to help ensure properties are properly maintained, and operational needs are handled efficiently.    Key Responsibilities:  Assist with coordinating property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other service requests.   Schedule and communicate with inspectors, contractors, vendors, and other service providers.   Monitor property conditions and follow up on outstanding maintenance or inspection needs.   Maintain accurate property, inspection, and maintenance records in company systems.   Assist with resident and property owner inquiries and communications.   Support short-term rental operations, including scheduling, guest needs, cleaning, and property readiness, as applicable.   Assist with tracking construction, maintenance, and other property-related projects.   Help coordinate urgent property issues and communicate updates to the appropriate parties.   Provide administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, data entry, and document organization.   Assist with special projects and other property management needs as assigned.  Qualifications:  Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.    3+ years of previous property management or related experience preferred   Qualifications
