Registered Nurse RN Behavioral Health Night Shift

POSITION PURPOSE This position is responsible for the direct care of the patient to include initial and ongoing assessments, education of the patient and family, administration of medications, initiation of individualized care plans. They are also responsible for supervising said care. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure. Diploma or transcripts required upon hire. Experience: Desirable characteristics included at least two years of experience in a hospital or medically related environment. Licenses/Certificates: Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required. Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross) and SAMA certifications. If not SAMA certified, must acquire within 90 days of hire.
