As aĀ Senior on our Family Office Tax team,Ā you'llĀ workĀ with high-net-worth individuals and families — preparing complexĀ individual,Ā partnership,Ā andĀ trustĀ returns withĀ investment-heavy structures. ThisĀ isn'tĀ cookie-cutter compliance work.Ā You'llĀ gain hands-on exposure to sophisticated tax issues and complexity that most professionalsĀ don'tĀ see until much later in their career.Ā Ā IfĀ you'reĀ looking for work thatĀ challengesĀ you and accelerates your growth — thisĀ is it.Ā 

Tax Preparation, Review & ComplianceĀ 

  • Prepare complex individual (Form 1040), partnership (1065), and trust (1041)Ā tax returnsĀ 

  • Work on returnsĀ with complex investmentsĀ including hedge funds, private equity, andĀ alternativesĀ 

  • AssistĀ with foreign reporting and international tax compliance as applicableĀ 

  • Deliver high-quality work on time while upholding firm standardsĀ 

Technical GrowthĀ 

  • Deepen yourĀ expertiseĀ in highĀ netĀ worth and family office tax mattersĀ 

  • Research and help resolve complex technical tax issues alongside experienced team membersĀ 

Client & Team CollaborationĀ 

  • Work closely withĀ managersĀ andĀ other team membersĀ on client engagementsĀ 

  • Begin mentoring staff-level team members on preparation and processĀ 

  • Contribute to a team culture built on collaboration, learning, and shared growthĀ 

Who You AreĀ 

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fieldĀ 

  • 3–6+ years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting or family office environmentsĀ 

  • Strong technical experience inĀ high net worthĀ taxationĀ 

  • Hands-on experience with complex returns — individuals, partnerships, and trustsĀ 

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorshipĀ 

Preferred BackgroundĀ 

  • Experience working withĀ highĀ netĀ worthĀ clients and complex investment structuresĀ 

  • Exposure to alternative investments and foreign reportingĀ 

  • Background inĀ public accounting, high net worth,Ā or family officeĀ taxĀ

Estimated Base Range: $70,000 - $125,000*

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
