What You’ll Do
This is a closing-focused solar sales role.
• Run pre-set appointments with homeowners
• Close deals from warm leads and self-generated opportunities
• Educate homeowners on how solar reduces costs and builds long-term value
• Build trust and guide customers through the decision process
• Represent Solar Pros with confidence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communicators who can confidently close in person
• Driven, competitive, and money-motivated individuals
• Coachable and ready to follow a proven system
• Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
