Job DetailsJob Location: Ohio City - Cleveland, OH 44113 Essential Functions and Duties Work with Plant Shift Supervisor and operations personnel to ensure smooth daily operations related to movement of raw material and finished goods products between packaging line and cooler, cooler & trailers, trailers & storage locations in facility, as well as truck loads between brewery and other warehouse operations.   WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR Ship & receive all inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods with scanning gun, reconciling all materials and finished good movements with appropriate paperwork Assemble orders for outgoing shipments Warehouse products into cooler or direct to truck during production Rotating product in cooler to protect shelf life; first in / first out Unloading of inbound trucks, loading of outbound trucks Organization of docks and staging areas Provide support for management of dock schedule and dock scheduling process Delivery of raw materials to production line   Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Associate’s degree or greater preferred Work Experience 2+ years warehouse operations experience Required Qualifications Tow motor experience, preferably certified Attention to detail and accuracy are a necessity Mathematical and good organizational skills required Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. at a time and handle up to 155 lbs. at a time Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the beer and brewing industry is ideal, craft beer industry desirable Finished goods inventory control experience Understands and utilizes Appreciative Inquiry Understands Lean principles with a focus on processes Manufacturing operations experience
