- Prepare homeowners for their scheduled appointments.
- Address questions, concerns, and cancellation requests.
- Re-engage canceled or missed appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Partner with appointment setters and sales teams.
- Meet performance goals for confirmations, saves, and completed appointments.
