ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

AP Coordinator  - Part Time – 15-20 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

· Enter and process invoices into the software system

· Verify invoices received for quantity, unit price, extensions and discounts

· Forward invoices to Executive Director for approval

· Code invoices with appropriate chart of account number

· Prepare checks for mailing to vendor and assure copies are on file

· Create and send positive pay file to bank

· Communicate with vendors concerning errors or questions on invoices.

· Initiate ACH payments to vendors via online banking

· Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for

· Other Misc Admin duties as assigned
