Requirements

Drive a truck and trailer with a clean driving history
Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, hot boxes and more.
Operate a generator
Handling the end of day closeouts for all sales reports and money.
Oversee 2-3 other staff at a time.
May include product pickup and drop off and cleaning of equipment and truck.
Hours will be mostly weekends 18-30 hours a week.
