About the Role
Working with our Clinical team at Estia Health Cleveland you will ensure optimal AN-ACC funding is achieved by ensuring care documentation is completed in a timely manner, is up to date, and accurately reflects residents' care needs.
You’ll have:
- Experience in Aged Care and competence in basic nursing practice
- Demonstrated experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
- Current AHPRA registration
- Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation, coordination, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
