Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant serves as the focal point for all administrative, event and clerical functions associated with the Site Operations for SG’s contract within the site.

Job Functions:

  • Provides day-to-day support to the Director, General Manager and the office staff.

  • Provides weekly and monthly commission reporting invoices to the lottery as directed.

  • First point of contact for employee questions.

  • Ability to review, code, and maintain and process all invoices for payment.

  • Ability to complete all purchase orders for the site.

  • Coordinate all meetings as directed.

  • Processes vendors through SGI Compliance process

  • Tracks and processes invoices and POs

  • Make travel arrangements and manage expenses reports as requested.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • One or more years’ customer service experience
  • One or more years’ administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience with Oracle applications a plus!

Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Ability to communicate with Lottery personnel and its vendors.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and written skills
