We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Travel Workflow Coordinator to support the planning and coordination of travel experiences from start to finish. In this fully remote role, you'll help manage reservations, organize travel details, maintain accurate records, and ensure every client itinerary moves smoothly through each stage of the planning process.

Using established systems, training, and digital tools, you'll coordinate travel arrangements, monitor booking progress, communicate with clients, and keep workflows running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working independently in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate travel reservations, itineraries, and booking workflows

  • Assist with planning flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, vacation packages, and transportation

  • Organize travel documents, confirmations, and scheduling details

  • Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and confirm reservation information

  • Monitor booking progress and follow up on outstanding travel arrangements

  • Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation

  • Review travel plans for accuracy and completeness before departure

  • Deliver consistent, professional service throughout the travel planning process

  • Client service, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred — not required

  • Comfortable working independently while utilizing provided systems and resources

  • Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or LATAM
