About the Role:

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities, directly impacting the supply chain and customer satisfaction. This position involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all processes comply with safety and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret shipping documents.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Forklift operator certification.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments according to company guidelines.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and update records to ensure stock accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly.
