We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our operations team in Cleveland. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, organizational skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment and ensuring a smooth warehouse workflow.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately

• Pick and pack orders efficiently based on order sheets

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified)

• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles

• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times

• Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and procedures

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
