ATL is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support progressive HR initiatives that align with our strategic goals and continued growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience and the ability to guide HR programs that strengthen ATL鈥檚 people-focused culture.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, Business, or related field preferred聽
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred聽
- Expertise in HR principles and practices
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of various federal and state employment laws
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills聽
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for human resources planning and programs related to employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retention, development, and compliance with applicable federal and state laws
- Provide human resources expertise, guidance, and advice to the Executive Leadership and Management Team
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies聽
- Oversee benefits management including regular evaluation of benefit packages and insurance programs
- Identify, develop, and execute best practices for recruiting, onboarding, and staffing
- Facilitate employee professional development, training, and certification activities
- Assess staffing needs and recommend initiatives to help resolve identified position gaps
- Recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures, and coordinate updates to the ATL Employee Handbook聽
- Monitor and refine the performance evaluation program and annual review process
- Mentor managers and other supervisory staff in their human resources responsibilities聽
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills while working collaboratively with others to constructively solve daily HR challenges
- Recommend and implement procedural improvements for the HR Department and systems
- Maintain properly trained and qualified HR Department staff to provide professional and timely services internally and to external clients聽
- Develop and execute the HR Department鈥檚 budget
