We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven Behavior Technician (BT) to become an integral part of our mission-driven clinical team. If you have a passion for helping children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their full potential, we want you.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
    supervision across home, school, and center-based
    settings
  • Collect accurate session data and enter
    documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
    session
  • Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
    intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
    process
  • Maintain professional communication with families
    and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
    with children with developmental disabilities
  • Experience with ABA data collection and session
    documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for
    supporting the autism community
