Maintenance Supervisor – MRF
Clifton, CO | $80,000–$100,000 | Full-Time
Bruin Waste Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This position oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance personnel in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance technicians and daily operations
Manage preventive maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot conveyors, balers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and controls
Maintain mobile and facility equipment
Coordinate vendors and contractors
Support safety, compliance, and plant uptime

Qualifications:

5+ years industrial maintenance experience
2+ years supervisory experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and lockout/tagout procedures
Valid driver's license
