Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily pub operations to ensure great food, perfect pints, and excellent hospitality

  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff

  • Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction

  • Manage opening & closing procedures

  • Handle ordering, inventory, and cost controls

  • Support financial performance and help drive sales

  • Participate in short- and long-term business planning

  • Lead by example and foster a positive, energetic work environment

Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant management experience required

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy pub setting
