Quickparts is hiring a CNC Programmer to transform engineering prints into precisely machined parts, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will be pivotal in our manufacturing processes, working with cutting-edge technology to deliver components that meet the highest standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Program CNC machinery to produce parts accurately from prints and verbal instructions
  • Set up and operate CNC machines independently with minimal supervision
  • Perform basic operations on manual machinery as required
  • Assist in the efficient set-up of CNC equipment for production runs
  • Interpret and work from engineering prints, drawings, and specifications
  • Utilize various CAD/CAM software effectively for part programming and optimization
  • Conduct in-process quality checks using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure parts meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on machining experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNC programming experience
  • Proven ability to machine parts accurately according to print specifications
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency with CAD/CAM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Technical school diploma or equivalent certification in CNC Machining/Programming preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with others and consistently follow operational guidelines
